1. Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using KikiTV, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13, and if you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use and purchases.
“KikiTV,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the KikiTV entertainment service. KikiTV provides mobile-first serialized entertainment for personal, non-commercial viewing.
2. Guest and signed-in accounts
You may begin with a guest account. A guest account is still assigned a private service identifier so KikiTV can save progress and access on that device. Signing in with an available method can protect eligible progress and purchases across devices and help with recovery.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and Apple Account. Do not share an account in a way that defeats access controls, and notify support if you believe it has been compromised. Guest-only progress may be lost if you erase the device or app before protecting the account.
3. Stories, releases, and access
KikiTV may offer free opening episodes, scheduled releases, individual episode unlocks, and full-series access. The app shows the access option and price, if any, before you choose it. Content availability, release timing, captions, supported devices, and catalog can vary by story, territory, and time.
An unlock gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to watch eligible content through KikiTV while that content and the service remain available. It does not transfer ownership of a story or media file. “Full-series” access applies to the eligible episodes in the identified series, including later released episodes where supported by the entitlement.
4. App Store purchases
Digital purchases on iPhone are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes billing and may apply its own terms, territory rules, taxes, family settings, and purchase limits. RevenueCat helps KikiTV read transaction status and restore eligible access. The localized App Store price shown at confirmation controls if it differs from other copy.
Full-series products are intended to be non-consumable and restorable when Apple confirms the same Apple Account purchase. Coin packs are consumable: the purchase itself is not restored after the coins have been credited or spent, although KikiTV maintains the verified account balance while the account is active.
KikiTV Coins
KikiTV Coins are a limited in-app currency used only for eligible KikiTV episode unlocks. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for money, and do not expire merely because time passes. Purchased and promotional coins may be handled differently where clearly disclosed. Deleting an account permanently removes its coin balance.
Refunds and corrections
Refund eligibility and processing for Apple purchases are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law. You can request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or credited in error, KikiTV may adjust the related coins or access without making a wallet balance negative.
5. Rewarded episode unlocks
A rewarded ad is optional and only appears for eligible episodes when inventory is available. The app states the reward before playback. A verified completion grants that episode once. Daily limits, cooldowns, network availability, and fraud checks may apply. Attempted replay, automation, or forged completion can be rejected.
6. Intellectual property
KikiTV and its licensors own or control the app, stories, audiovisual works, artwork, trademarks, software, and related materials. Except for the personal viewing right these Terms provide, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, record, download outside supported features, rebroadcast, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, create unauthorized derivative works from, or remove rights notices from KikiTV content.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- access another viewer’s records or impersonate another person;
- manipulate wallets, entitlements, purchases, ads, release times, or playback tokens;
- probe or bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or content protection;
- scrape, automate, reverse engineer where prohibited, or disrupt the service;
- upload malicious code or use KikiTV for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
- misuse support channels or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
Stories and features may be added, delayed, corrected, or removed for editorial, rights, legal, security, or operational reasons. KikiTV may maintain or change the service, but we will not knowingly remove purchased access in a way that violates mandatory consumer law.
You may stop using KikiTV or delete your account at any time. KikiTV may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, material breach, security risk, or legal necessity. We will use reasonable notice where appropriate and lawful.
9. Disclaimers and liability
KikiTV is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to deliver reliable playback and accurate access, but do not promise that every device, network, episode, or feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KikiTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without taking away mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Before starting a formal claim, please contact support so there is a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Changes to these Terms
KikiTV may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be dated here and communicated in the app when appropriate. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
