Open KikiTV and choose a story. You can begin as a guest without creating a permanent account. Protect the account later if you want eligible progress and access to follow you to another device.

Yes. Each series can include a free opening window. The exact number is shown by the app and may vary by story or offer.

Check that your connection is stable, close and reopen the episode, and try Wi-Fi if mobile data is unreliable. KikiTV uses adaptive streaming and saves progress periodically. If only one episode fails, note its title and contact support with the approximate time of the error.

A launch batch may be available immediately and later episodes may release daily. Scheduled episodes become watchable at their displayed release time. Notification timing can vary by device delivery.

Coins are in-app currency for eligible individual episode unlocks. Apple processes coin-pack purchases, while KikiTV keeps the account balance and an authoritative ledger. Coins cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

A full-series purchase grants access to eligible episodes in the named series, including later releases where the entitlement applies. It is a non-consumable Apple purchase and can be restored when Apple confirms the same Apple Account.

When offered, you may choose to watch an optional non-personalized rewarded ad. A provider-verified completion unlocks the stated episode once. Availability, cooldowns, daily limits, and episode eligibility apply. KikiTV does not use banner or forced mid-episode ads at launch.

In KikiTV, open Profile → Restore purchases while using the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Keep the app open until confirmation appears. Purchased coin packs are consumable and are not restored after they have been credited or spent.

Apple handles billing and refund eligibility for App Store purchases. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose “Request a refund.” Apple may remove related access if a refund is approved.

No. You can watch as a guest. Signing in with Apple or email helps protect eligible progress, purchases, favorites, and wallet access across devices. If Sign in with Apple hides your email, the account may use an Apple private relay address.

Open Profile → Notifications in KikiTV to choose the available story alerts. You can also disable KikiTV notifications in iOS Settings at any time.

Open Profile → Delete account, read the deletion summary, and confirm. The request is authenticated and handled by the KikiTV backend. See account deletion for the exact effects and the path to use if the app is unavailable.
